Before your session
After the initial consultation I will have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for in your images. I really try to get to know what my clients like so I know how to approach posing and what looks you'd prefer.
Although I have locations and poses in mind for every occasion, I am always open to new ideas and love when clients show me examples of the look/feel they want.
We will be in contact as much as we need to be prior to your session to get all of the details buttoned up. Questions, concerns, ideas, you name it, I am here to help!
The day of your session
We are going to have fun! I always take a few test shots first to get the nerves and tension down so my clients can relax! I usually pose a few shots and give some prompts to start and then let the clients take over. I prefer a more 'Lifestyle' approach to my images giving it a more natural feel. I absolutely love taking candid shots and most of the time they end up being my clients favorites!
After your session
I get really excited for my clients to see their images and usually start the editing process right away! Feel free to share your sneak peeks on social media keeping intact the original editing style and watermarks. I do hand edit each image and do so in a cohesive way so that all of your images look great together. I want you to love your images and so I try to edit each session with the client's style in mind. Once your images are ready to be viewed, we can schedule your reveal and ordering appointment.
Choosing your images
The hardest part of this process for my clients is narrowing down selections of their images. How can I choose? What if I want more? Which products would work best for which images?
No worries, I will help you with that too! I am a full service Photographer which means I prefer to do image reveals in person or at minimum in a virtual meeting together. Although you have the option to view and choose your images on your own, I can walk you through the process of deciding which images to choose for the products included in your package and if you feel you'd like to add anything on, I can assist you with that as well!
